Day 1: Marrakesh – Atlas Mountains – Ait Benhaddou- Ouarzazate – Dades Valley.
Your 5 desert trip from Marrakesh to Tangier will begin once you meet our driver, who will pick you up at a prearranged location. The itinerary takes us via the stunning High Atlas Mountains (passing Tizi N Tichka 2260m high), where we break to explore various Moroccan Berber homes. The trip continues to the largest Kasbah in Morocco, Ait Benhaddou, which is also a UNESCO World Heritage site. Also, you visit the fascinating city of Ouarzazate, where we see the Atlas Studios, the museum the cinema, and the magnificent Kasbah Taourirt. We will travel to the Valley of the Roses and Valley of Dades via Skoura’s palm grove. Your last, destination will be Dades valley. Overnight will be there.
Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorge – Merzouga-Camel trekking- Night at the Desert Camp.
Following breakfast at the hotel in Dades Valley, the second day of a 5-day desert trip from Marrakesh to Tangier begins. The break will be in the rock formation that resembles the monkey fingers. Then you travel from Dades Valley and head toward Todra Gorge. There, you may stroll to enjoy the landscapes. By way of Tinjdad and Tourog, the trip continues to Erfoud, where fossils and dates could be found. You’ll get to Merzouga around the afternoon. Then, ride the camel to the tent. You will stop along the trip to capture pictures of camels and dunes. Finally, you will make a stop to enjoy an amazing sunset on the dunes. Camp in the desert will provide dinner. Day 3: Merzouga desert – Midelt – Cedar forest – Ifrane – Fes.
You will see the amazing sunrise over the bright dunes in the early morning. Following a freshening shower and breakfast at the camp, you ride camels back to the town. Through the thousands of Ziz-Palm trees, the trip continues. After you pass over the High Atlas Mountains, you will break for lunch in Midelt, known as the “capital of apples.” Before, arriving at Fes, you’ll explore Ifrane, also known as “the Switzerland of Morocco,” and the largest forest in Morocco, the Cedar Forest, which is home to a variety of birds and monkeys. You’ll get to Fes around sundown. Stay overnight in the old town.
Day 4: Exploring Fes_ Chefchaouen.
You will start your journey of 5 days desert trip from Marrakesh to Tangier when you meet your local guide in Fes, Morocco’s “Spiritual City,” after breakfast in your riad. The Medina and its alleyways will be your focus for the entire morning as you see the majority of its important cultural and historic sites, such as the renowned Al Karaouine Mosque and University (the oldest in the world), the Madrasa Bouanania, the Tanneries, and the Najjarine fountain. Then, take a visitation walk to the pottery cooperative. You will proceed to Chefchaouen, often known as the Blue City, after seeing the main sights of Fes. Overnight there.
Day 5: Chefchaouen _ Tangier.
